- darren beadsley Review added: 2017.12.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Appalling and possibly the worst delivery service i have ever recieved. I ordered a king sized mattress, and having read previous reviews expected it to be delivered at least upstairs to the landing. The 2 delivery drivers refused to even help me with this stating that 'they were not paid to do that'...they also sarcastically wished me 'good luck' before leaving quickly. Now i have a mattress dumped in my living room and no means to get it upstairs so im going to have to pay to have this done for me. I contacted customer services who were full of apologies but didnt seem to believe me when i told them 2 men delivered. Apologies and absolutely no options given which in my books is awful customer service.
